Chapter One
She strolled along the beach, on a brisk summer night! The
ocean water roared as it advanced to shore, washing over at her feet! The sand was moist and soft under the soles of her feet!
They dug in with each step she took!
But her thoughts were not with the elements that surrounded
her! It was on a more pressing issue! Her marriage! She would never had thought, after so many years! So many trials they
had overcome, it would end so harshly!
She could have sworn he loved her! He promised her the world!
He promised her would never leave her! He promised to always love and protect her! She felt, his promise wasn’t worth
very much! And that was evident by his betrayal! Why? How could he had done this to her? She let the tears flow down her cheeks,
as the wind licked at them!
She continued her steady steps, wrapping herself with her
arms, as to comfort herself! She began to think back on the day they had met! She had rolled into town, visiting her childhood
friends! When she stopped to get something to eat.
Lisa had left California, to visit her longtime childhood
friends, Betty and Jake! She had drove nonstop alone, trying to cover the distance. She had decided to take some time off,
with the constant urgings of Betty and Jake!
Since her father’s death a year ago! Her Mother had
become more irritant then before! She had tried to convince her not to come. But, as usual, she didn’t let her stop
her! She definitely needed the break!
Her stomach had been growling for some time now! She was glad
to see the town up ahead! She was near to her friends. The trip was almost over! But she couldn’t go any further without
eating a little something before going on to her friends.
She pulled up to a small diner! Parking her car, getting out
of the car, looked around the town and the people who went about their daily business! She smiled! It would take them to live
so close to something so petite!
She opened the door to the diner as she entered she glance
it over. Not many people were in during this time of day! Evening will find it packed! She did noticed a group of guys in
the corner laughing and talking! A couple sat quietly eating! And a family of four, father, mother and two small kids! She
sighed! Very peaceful atmosphere!
A waitress came up to her and led her to a corner of the room,
giving her a menu and told her she would return for her order! She left to go seat a gentlemen who had came in behind her!
Studying the menu. She got this feeling someone was watching
her! She slowly peeked over the menu, giving a discreet search over the diner, trying to discover who it was looking at her!
Her eyes met with dark glasses, locked in on her! She looked
the man over! He was with the group of men over in another corner of the diner. The others continued their ranting and raving
as this man continued to focus on her!
He was huge, much larger than the others! She assessed him!
She figured he stood about seven feet. Beauty for auburn hair, pulled back and braided, with an bandana tied around his head!
He wore a black T-shirt with black jeans and black biker boots!
His huge muscular arms were tattooed from the wrist up! She
cleared her throat as he never release his gaze on her! She went back to her menu hoping he would soon go back to conversing
with his buddies! He didn’t!
She was served her food as she ate under his watchful eyes!
She felt herself becoming very uncomfortable! But her hunger was greater than being too embarrassed to eat while being stared
upon.
She soon finished her meal! And glad of it! This had been
an unexpected ordeal! She went and paid her bill, gave a quick glance at the annoying man, who was following her every move,
left the diner in great haste!
She had made it out of the diner, exhaling a breath of release
that was over, went to her car. She had just unlocked it and was getting into the car, when she observe an overcast! She looked
up into the dark glasses!
“Hello Ma’am! I’m sorry fer staring at cha
in there. But, yer a very beautiful woman! Yer new in town ain’t cha?” He spoke in a deep southern drawl!
She was amazed! A real Texan! She had never met an real Texan
before! Boy, he is tall, she thought as she looked him up and down. Oh, his hair was even more gorgeous in the sunlight! He
remove his glasses, to get a better look at her in the light! She gasped at the two emeralds staring at her! She felt at that
moment is when she fell in love with him!
“No! I’m from Cali! I’m here visiting some
friends of mine.” She explained. She had to blush from the way he continued to stare at her. And of the thoughts she
was entertaining in her mind.
“Forgive my manners. I’m Mark!” He said
extending an hand to her. She reached her own to him and observed how his engulfed hers. He brought her hand to his lips giving
a soft peck. She swallowed hard.
“Hello! My name is Lisa.” She barely could push
out, feeling herself going weak from his touch and kiss. He slowly released her hand, never taking his eyes from her.
“So Lisa! How long ya visit?” Usually she wouldn’t
take so quickly to strangers, but something about him that couldn’t be denied. She felt as if they had known each other
forever.
“Indefinitely! I have no time frame of my stay!”
She answered. She began to enter her car as he leaned on the door.
“Maybe we can see each other agin. I would like that.”
He said as she closed the door and turned on the car.
“Maybe! But don’t count on it. Nice meeting you,
Mark!” She put the car in reverse and drove away, never giving a backwards glance. Mark stood there as she disappeared.
Chapter Two
Lisa finally pulled up in front of the home of her friends
Betty and Jake. She turned up into their long driveway. Before she could get out of the car, Betty had ran out of the house
and off the porch and was upon her, hugging and crying for the long time the had been away from each other. Jake had come
to the front door, watching and laughing at his wife’s emotional outburst.
“Come on Betty, hon! Let the girl catch her breath.”
he hollered from the door. Betty finally released Lisa. The two women walked towards the house, as Jake came to meet them
giving Lisa a hug. Then went to the car to retrieve her bags.
“So Lisa! How was the trip?” He said as he started
down the hall towards the room she would be occupying. Betty and her side by side close behind him.
“It wasn’t bad at all. Gave me a chance to think
some things through. And where I want my life to go. And it ain’t with my momma!” She said as they all burst out
laughing. Her friends knew how annoying her mother could be.
“Well, we’re going to let you rest, before the
big party we’re having tonight.” Betty said, as she left the room behind Jake.
“HUH? Did I hear Party? For what?” She asked hoping
it wasn’t for her sake.
“Oh! We haven’t seen a few of our friends in awhile
and since you’re hear. We thought we would kill to birds with one stone. We thought you wouldn’t mind meeting
some of the closer ones we had met since being here.” She said in such an nonchalant manner.
Lisa thought to herself. Betty was forever meeting people.
After ten years of marriage, her and Jake were in as much love now as the first day they met. They were high school sweethearts.
(Sigh), she thought.
They had left California about five years ago. Jake had landed
a very good job. It was a big decision to strike out on their on, leaving family and friends behind. They had never regretted
the move, not once. Betty was hoping to get Lisa to settle down here.
“Okay! What are you up to? Lisa said walking up to her
friend, eyes squinted.
“Why nothing! Nothing at all! I just wanted you to meet
my friends. Nothing more.” Betty replied, turning her head away. to escape her friend’s watchful eye.
“Would you like me to ask Jake? You know he will tell
the truth!” She said, heading down the hallway, before Betty could stop her. She went into the kitchen looking for him.
But he had left to go get some last minute supplies. Betty let out a silent breath.
“Okay! You’re saved by the bell. But, whatever
you have plan. Is not going to work.” She informed her friend as she headed back to her bedroom, without another word
and closed her door behind her.
“Well we shall see.” Was Betty’s remark
to her, as she chuckled and headed for the kitchen to prepare tonight’s menu.
Chapter Three
It was late when Lisa woke. She yawned and stretched
her muscles. She glanced over at the clock on the wall. 6 o’clock. She had been sleep for five long hours. She couldn’t
believe she had slept so long. She jumped out of the bed, running into the kitchen, where Betty was putting the finishing
touch to the meal.
“Betty! Why did you let me sleep so long?”
I’m not nearly ready.” She was looking pass Betty at Jake in the yard, gearing up the barbeque pit.
“Oh, girl! You have plenty of time. It doesn’t
start until 8 o’clock. And you know how people are about being the first to arrive.” She smiled as she explained
to Lisa. Lisa smiled back, nodding her head in agreement.
‘Good! Then I’ll go take a shower.”
She said as she grabbed a carrot stick and left the kitchen.
Lisa had finish her shower and was in her dressing
room just finishing up with combing her hair. Her thoughts went back to earlier and Mark. She was trying to deciding whether
or not to attempt to see him again.
She heard the doorbell ring. The first guest had arrived.
They were very early, she noticed as she glanced at the clock on the wall. Only 6:45, she thought. She could hear Jake and
some other man’s voice, as Jake answered the door. They were in the living room, as they trailed off, heading towards
the backyard.
She could hear Betty just coming out of the bathroom.
She slowly left her room and down the hallway, going towards the kitchen. She stopped short, as she seemed to recognize the
other man’s voice. No, it can’t be. She thought.
“Hold up Jake! I’ll get it!” The
man said as he came into the kitchen. He too froze, as he came face to face with Lisa.
“YOU!!” They hollered in unison. Jake
came running into the kitchen from the commotion.
“What’s going on?” He asked, looking
from one friend to the other.
“Well, it appears. Lisa and I have the same
circle of friends.” Mark said, with a devilish grin on his face, still looking at Lisa’s startled face.
“Oh really! Where and when did you two meet?”
Betty asked entering the kitchen, hearing the conversation. Lisa gave her a hard look.
“We met at a diner, I stopped this afternoon,
to get something to eat while passing through.” Lisa explained a little annoyed.
Mark leaned against the counter, arms folded across
his chest, with legs cross at the ankles. He listened as Lisa told how they met. She occasionally glance in his direction,
as he regarded her with a smirk on his face. She looked away from him, not wanting to reveal her true feelings.
“Well! I guess we could call this fate.”
Betty began, as she walked over to her friend, placing an arm around her shoulder.
“You two met without me help, after all.”
Betty said smiling from Lisa to Mark. Lisa gave her a gentle nudge.
“Betty! Maybe you could persuade Lisa to go
out with me sometime. Tell her I won’t bite. Unless she wants me to.” He said slyly, casting an lustful eye upon
her. Hearing the words he spoke and the way his eyes were caressing her body, Lisa let out a silent sigh. She tried to keep
the sensations coursing through her body from surfacing.
“Yeah Lisa! Mark can show you around. I know
you would rather be with this fine hunk, than to hang around an old married couple.” Betty said to her friend.
She was being very persistent. She knew Mark was exactly
what her friend needed. Hell! If she wasn’t married and in love with Jake, he would be just what the doctor ordered.
“I guess it wouldn’t hurt.” She
said quietly, as she tried not to noticed his opened shirt, showing his chest.
“Good! It’s settled. Tomorrow night?”
He asked. Still observing her reaction to all of this.
“Okay! Tomorrow night is fine.” She agreed.
Partly because she didn’t want to be rude. And partly because he had peaked her interest.
She noticed he wore his hair down, loosely, flowing
over his shoulders. In contrast to this afternoon when he wore it braided and with an bandana.
He smiled. He wanted her. he had wanted her the moment
he watch her enter the diner. It was something about her. He could tell she was checking him out. He didn’t make it
better.
He turned his back to her, to talk to Jake. He leaned
over onto the counter, striking a pose. She could get a good look of his firm backside. His tight pants outlined every inch.
“Would all of you excuse me for a moment?”
She asked, as she rushed out of the kitchen, leaving her friends confused. She ran into the bathroom.
“Whoooo!! She whispered. She began to fan herself,
as if that would cool down the burning desires flowing out of control. She sat on the edge of the tub, trying to regain her
composure. She didn’t want to face Mark again in this condition. Suddenly there came a knock at the door. She jumped
from the sound.
“Lisa, lil darlin! Are ya alright?” It
was Mark!
Chapter Four
Lisa was sat in the bathroom, to cool down the flames
of desire she was feeling within. She hadn’t ever felt for anyone, as she did Mark. Then the knock at the door almost
made her jump out of her skin. And to make matters worst, the familiar voice came through the door. It was Mark!
“Lisa, lil darlin! Are ya alright?” Mark
asked from the other side of the door.
“One moment please!” She answered. She
hesitantly walked over to the door. She wasn’t ready to face him yet. She took a BIG sigh, before unlocking the door.
At the sound of the lock clicking, the door opened! With one fluid movement, Mark filled the room, closing and locking the
door behind him.
Lisa made a couple of steps backwards, as she watched
Mark slowly approach her. She backed into the bath tub tripping, felt herself falling. With one motion, Mark had wrapped his
arm around her waist, catching her and pulling her up towards him, until they were eye to eye.
Mark couldn’t contain himself any longer. He
felt the heat emanating from her body. She could feel his hot breath on her skin. His breathing had become fast and shallow.
Holding her close to him with the one hand, he took the other and put it behind her head, drew it closer, covering her mouth
with his own. She let out a whimper, as her passions exploded.
His tongue explored the lining of her mouth, as it
traveled to the entrance of her throat. She felt herself slowly becoming hotter and wet. She felt like an rag doll within
his embrace. She had taken leave of all her senses.
His lips had the feel of a feather as they made a
trail down her neck, coming to her chest. He moved downwards to her breast, lifting her up higher. She cried out as her body
succumbed to a feeling she had never felt before. No one knew this one thing about her, but Betty. She was still an virgin!
“Please stop!” She cried, gasping for
breath.
“Please...........stop!” She repeated.
He paused to gaze into her eyes, questioning if she really meant what she was saying, due to the heat of the moment. Or if
she really wanted the seduction to cease.
“Ya won’t this to really end?” He
asked, hoping she didn’t.
“Yes!” She said, barely audible. He gently
lowered her to the floor. She kept her eyes cast down to the floor, as she made her way out of the bathroom down the hallway,
to the kitchen.
He stood there momentarily. She just made him want
her more. He tried to figure something out. He left the bathroom with one thought in mind. She will belong to him.
Chapter Five
Lisa came into the kitchen where Betty was working
on the meat for the barbeque for Jake. She came to stand next to Betty. Betty turned to her friend. She could see she was
flustered. Before she could ask what was wrong, Mark entered the room, sauntering pass the two women, eyes fixed on Lisa,
continuing out to the backyard with Jake.
“Sooooooo! What happened back there?”
Betty asked as she could see her friend needed to talk.
“Betty, you’re my closes friend. I need
your help! I am so confused. There are these weird things happening to me. When he kissed me..........” She was interrupted,
as she turned to look out the window, watching Mark take a seat near Jake and began talk.
“HE KISSED YOU?” Betty blurted out. Lisa
looked at Mark and Jake closely, to see if they made any motion they heard Betty’s outburst. They never stopped what
they were doing. Lisa grabbed Betty by the arm and dragged her behind her to her room.
“Betty you know my situation! I have these feelings
for him. As I was saying before your outburst! They are so weird. I never felt this way in my life for anyone. I need your
help!” Betty looked at her friend smiling. She knew what was going on in her friends head.
At twenty-eight, she had never slept with a man. Her
mother was the ruler of her home. Until his death, her father would just stay out of the upbringing. He didn’t want
to get into with the mother.
When she was old enough to make her own decisions,
she was just to afraid of men to go out with them alone. When Betty and Jake were around she would double date with them.
And that’s about as far as it went. After they moved away, she didn’t date at all.
Betty wanted more for her friend, then the solitary
life she was leading. She felt Mark was the answer. Lisa explained to her friend the episode in the bathroom. Good for Mark,
Betty thought. She knew, if he wanted her, he would have to sweep her off her feet.
“So Jake! Tell me about Lisa! She seems like
she’s afraid ta explore her feelings. Very shy of men.” He wanted to be discreet, about the event in the bathroom.
“Awww Man! She has this mom, that has kept her
form dating. She love sher and everything, but she is too over protective. I feel sorry for any man who even thinks he’s
going to get involved with her. A little advice! Whatever you do, don’t let her mom know. She’ll do everything
she can to break you two up. yeah man!” Jake didn’t have much use for Lisa’s mom. She had tried to get Betty’s
mom to stop Betty and him from seeing each other.
But Betty’s mom was much different in hr raising
of Betty. She strict but trusting of everything she had taught her about life. And in the end, it paid off. She told Lisa’s
mom to butt out and mind her own business.
Actually what was said, ‘Why don’t you
take your tight-legged self on home and open them a little more for your husband. Then maybe you want begrudge the rest of
us who are getting ours.’ From that moment on. Lisa’s mom forbid Lisa from seeing Betty ever again.
Mark was giving some thought to what Jake had shared
with him. He looked up to see the women joining them. He couldn’t stop looking at Lisa, she had captured his heart.
She began to help Betty bring the food out and set up the table, trying not to let him see her steal quick glances.
Soon the other guests began to arrive. Mark studied
Lisa, as she interacted with the new friends she was introduced to. Everything was going well. Then the door bell rung. Betty
went to answer it. Her whole demeanor changed as she looked at the woman on the other side of the door.
“WHAT THE HELL! Who invited you?” She
screamed at the woman, pushing her back off her porch.
“Is Mark here?” She asked as she strained
to see pass Betty, while being pushed into the front yard.
Chapter Six
Betty had pushed the woman off her porch and into
the front yard. She was very angry at her uninvited appearance at the party. She stood confronting her! She was trying to
locate Mark!
“When are you going to get it through your head?
He doesn’t want you! You have played your last game with him and the rest of us! Now let it go!” Betty felt her
pressure rising.
“NEVER! I will never let him go! None of you
will ever stop me!” She screamed as she ran around Betty heading for the backyard. Betty in close pursuit.
‘If I get my hands on her!’ Betty thought
as she ran behind her.
“Mark! Mark!” She yelled coming up to
him, throwing her arms around his waist. Betty caught up with her and grabbed her by the arm, to pull her away from him! Mark
held up an hand to her, she slowly backed away.
The crowd of friends had stopped the gala to watched
the scene., as a low murmur could be heard. All were aware of the situation. Mark and the woman had been an item for several
months. They were introduced by a mutual friend.
She came to know this particular circle of friend
through Mark. But she had a very dark side to her. She loved to play games with others lives. She cause a lot of problem with
the women in the group. Which had put a strain on the friendship between her and them.
Mark had continued with the relationship, but soon
found himself losing his friends. So he tried to make a compromise. He discontinued bringing her around to the functions.
Then she started the mind games started on him. He had enough! He couldn’t take it any longer.
Finally with the blessings of his friends, he broke
off with her. She soon developed this fatal attraction thing. She was constantly popping up where she wasn’t invited.
He was forced to move from his apartment and bought him a home. Only his friends close to him knew of his new residency. It
had been months since anyone had heard from her. But now, here she was, back to her old tricks.
“Okay, Joyce! Why do ya keep doing this ta yerself?
We are history! These people here are not yer friends. So why are ya here?” He had pushed her away from him and was
holding her at arms length by the shoulders.
“I’m here to see you Mark! We need to
talk.” She was trying her best to move into him, but he continued to hold her at a distance.
“We have nothin to say. I’ve tried fer
months ta explain ta ya the problems we were having. Ya didn’t listen. Now it’s over. NOW LEAVE!!!” His
patience with her long wore out.
He began to escort her to her car. But Betty and a
few of the other women steeped in and took her out to make sure she gets in her car and go.
“I’ll never give you up Mark. Never! Never!
Never!” She screamed over her shoulder as she was being lead out by the women. Mark turned and began to walk over into
a corner, as his friends gave him pats on the back, consoling him. They resumed the festivities.
Lisa had stood back watching the development between
Mark and Joyce. She watched him sitting in the corner with his head in his hands. Betty and the women had made it back after
seeing Joyce to her car and making sure she had left. The glance over to Mark and then to each other shaking their heads.
He was such a wonderful guy they thought. Too bad he had gotten tangled up with that WITCH!
Betty turned to Lisa, shrugged her shoulder and turned
to mingled with her guests. Lisa slowly made her way over to Mark. He was deep in thought trying to figure out how did he
ever get himself in this mess. he never heard her come up to him, until he felt the gentle touch on his shoulder.
“Are you alright?” Her soft voice flowed
into his ear. He sat up straight, gazed upon her if it was the first time he had ever seen her. He pulled her to him putting
his arms around her tiny waist. She pulled his head to her bosom. she trembled in his arms. The affection that flowed from
one to the other began to blossom. Mark suddenly released her. Standing up, gave her a quick glance and let out a long sigh.
He bend down and gently kissed her soft wet lips.
“When ya are near me, everything seems alright.
I don’t know why! Ya just make it right. I won’t make ya do anything ya don’t want ta do. So if ya still
want ta go out tomorrow night, give me a call.” He turned and made his exit, saying his goodbyes to his friends.
Lisa stared after him as he walked way. She felt such
longing for him. as his part of her went with him. For the first time in her life, she did something on impulse. She ran after
him. Betty watched as her friend did the smartest thing she has ever done in her life. She turned back into the group she
was talking with, wrapped an arm around her husbands waist, giving him an gently hug.
Chapter Seven
Wait Mark! Don’t leave me. Please take me with
you!” She stood with tears in her eyes. She knew if she didn’t go with him tonight, she would regain her so called
sanity by morning and then that would be it. It was now or never for her. She had this uncanny ability to reason herself out
anything.
Mark noticed how innocent she looked when she asked
him to take her with him. He knew this one thing, if her did, he wouldn’t stop until he had her in his bed. He wondered
if she understood this. As if reading his mind, she nodded her head, gazed deep into his eyes with such longing for him. Mark’s
heart skipped a beat. Never have a woman looked at him in such a manner. He went to her, leading her to his Harley, gave her
an helmet, sat her behind him and rode away with her to his home.
Lisa love riding the bike with her arms half circling
his waist. She rested her head on his back, taking comfort of knowing she was with him. That lonely feeling she had once felt,
was gone. She had never been on a bike before. As they sped down the road, as if they would soon fly away, was the most exuberating
feeling. The wind felt like icy hands caressing her face. She began to think, how much she had denied herself in her young
life. But not anymore, not after tonight. She was throwing caution to the wind. She was going to give herself to him completely.
And let come what may. She wondered what adventures would be in stored for her tonight.
Mark was concentrating on how he was going to make
this a memorable night for Lisa. If his guess what right, she was a virgin. He would be her first and last. It made him a
little nervous. He hadn’t been with a virgin in a long time, like maybe back in high school. He had to be extra careful
with her. He didn’t want to hurt her. It felt so good to have her next to him, enjoying one of the things he did in
life, ride his bike. This feeling alone was arousing. Yes little lady, this is going to be a very special night, he thought
to himself. He exhilarated the bike as the moved for their destiny.
Mark turned up into a small street where there were
few houses and were far apart from each other, but close enough to see your neighbor. They seemed like old refurbished houses.
They came to one almost in the bend of the dead end street.
It was a beautiful old white house trimmed in yellow.
It had steps leading to a long porch. He pulled up into the driveway. Dismounted and with his hands on her waist, lifted her
off the bike. He wrapped his arm around her shoulder as they walked up the step onto the porch to the screen. He smiled as
he opened the screen door and began to unlocked the front door.
He opened the door and held it open for her to enter.
He switched don the light to give a better view of the surroundings. He led he into the living room by the fireplace as he
went over to the bar to get them something to drink.
“What would ya like to hav?” He asked
a she pulled out his bottle of Jack Daniels and a beer. She thought for a moment. She thought of the easiest thing to think
of.
“A white wine will do!” She said timidly.
He nodded his head, reached for a wine glass and poured the wine in the glass.
He came over and handed her the glass as he went back
over to the bar and switched on some music. Smooth jam. She sipped a little of the wine. Hmmm, she thought. Very good. Mark
watched from the bar as she swayed to the sound of the music. He threw down a shot of JD, followed by a big gulp of beer.
This was going to be a night for him to remember too.
“Aren’t you going to come and sit with
me?” She asked feeling the third sip of wine. He took another shot and gulp of beer and walked over to sit next to her
in front of the fireplace.
They sat there listening to the music and watching
the flames dance in the fireplace, drinking their beverages. They both were beginning to feel the effects of their drinks.
Finally. Mark turned to say something to her, when she turned to say something to him. He looked at her raven hair as it sat
on her shoulders. Her perfectly round head with the deep gray eyes piercing his soul. He fell in love with the innocence and
yet passion behind those eyes. That’s what he wanted to feel.
Chapter Eight
A song began to play in the distance of their minds
as they at stared each other. ’ I want to feel the fire.........’ Mark scooted closer to her. She turned to him
with that same desire he had saw in her earlier. he took her in his arms as his mouth covered her own.
His tongue began to explore her inner cavity. Moving
back to the entrance of her throat. Falling in licking and tasting of her. She moaned with excitement. She had never felt
such pleasure before. He hit the right spots. She felt a warm sensation coursing through her body. And a newer feeling. She
felt her panties were wet.
Mark moved his hand over her ample breast, and began
to fondle them in his hand. She moaned heavily. He hands began to travel down her side to her hips and over her thighs, as
he continued to kiss her deeply.
She felt his hand travel between her legs, jumped
from the touch of him there. He pulled back and looked at her, giving her one more chance to say no. She wanted him more than
ever now, he touched her in away she had never been touched before. He brought out feeling in her she never knew existed.
She her breathing matched the rapid beat of her heart.
He took her mouth over with his once again, as his
hand began to probe the special treasure between her legs. He moved his finger inside her panties, feeling the hot wet substance.
he played with her hard nub, she groaned loudly as he touched her gently. She was burning up with need now. he went into her
delicate spot, moving his finger in and out slowly, her body began to buck.
He moved his mouth down her neck to her bosom. There
with his free hand, unbuttoned her blouse and unsnapped the bra, as her mound fell freely, perked and at attention. He took
a nipple into his mouth, he began to suck and lick on it at the same time, as he continued to move in and out of her with
his finger. Lisa was almost over the edge with pleasure. After finishing the other nipple, seeing they were hard and tender.
He looked down at Lisa, removing his finger from her, tasted of her sweet untouched nectar. YES! He thought.
In the distance of her mind, she could hear a son
seeping form the radio: ‘We are one.’ She was trying hard to clear her head of the cobwebs. She watched as Mark
licked his fingers, his tongue nearly passing his chin. She was taking in a breath when she noticed he was looking at her
with this sardonic grin. Without any warning, he reached and pull her panties off, then put his hands upon her waist, lifting
her high above his head upon his shoulders. Her thighs were place on either side of his head.
With her exposed womanhood near, he began to lick
delve probe and flick in and out like a snake, as he tasted more of her joy juices. She encompassed his head with her arms
as she held on.
She screamed out as he drove her senses to greater
heights. Unable to hold the simmering emotions, she exploded. Her body spasm with each release. Mark realizing she had begun
to discharge her sweet nectars, placing his hands on her hips, raised her more, bringing her closer to him, began to savor
the sweet juices as they flowed from her.
Lisa’s body gave out one last spasmodic jerk
and went limp. After taking the last drop, Mark lowered her down into his arms and began to kiss her parched lips. Then he
carried her to his room.
Lowering her to the bed, sliding next to her, he stroke
her body attentively. She looked up to him in her weaken state. He smile at her with such love. She returned her own to him,
laying there nearly spent.
“We can stop if ya want! I know it’s a
bit much, seeing it’s yer first time and all!“ Mark was being very earnest with her. He didn’t want her
to feel any pressure to go on. he knew he had ravished her from the start. But he couldn’t stop himself. She felt so
perfect in his arms. Her lips were so tasty, no correction, both sets of lips were tasty!
“Noooo!” She said above a whisper.
“Don’t atop! I want to finish this.”
She knew why she had to go on. There would never be a chance like this again. He nodded, slid out of the bed. Stood before
her, giving one last glance, allowing her a chance to change her mind. She didn’t, he disrobed.
Lisa watched as Mark removed his shirt, no surprise
there, she had seen his chest all evening. He unzipped his pants, pulled down over off his hips and down his legs, stepping
out of them. He wore no underwear, Lisa was instantly energized, as she saw him standing there in all his splendor. Never
had she seen anything of its kind. Nor any kind.
Chapter Nine
Mark moved down to the foot of the bed, coming to his knees, looking
up at Lisa as he parted her legs, giving her a loving smile. She returned the gaze. He brought her close to him, delicately
kissing the precious lips before him.
She grabbed a handful of hair, as she felt the sensation swelling up
in her once again. Her juices began to stream. Mark gave her one small peck, then moved up beside her, looking down at her
adoringly. Her eyes regarded him with so much relish.
His heart warmed, he bent down and softly kissed her, his tongue flicked
over hers, and she tasted her juices on his mouth. He probed within her opening with his finger, until she accepted two inside.
Her body responded to their exploration as she moan. He moved down to her nipples and pecked them lightly. Her body arched.
Noticing she was ready. He whispered in her ear.
“This my darlin is going ta be painful. But only fer a while. And
I promise ya, afterwards it will be nothing but pleasure.” He gazed into her gray eyes, she nodded her head. He moved
over her, positioning himself between her legs and at her entrance. And slowly he entered her little by little until he was
completely in.
During this time he pecked her lips and face, tears began to fill her
eyes from the pain she felt. Mark kissed her eyelid. He allow her to adjust to him as he paused for a moment. And then slowly
removed himself from her. He continued this gently process until her body reacted to the friction his movement caused.
Soon they both were in rhythm with each other, he gave himself to her
and she arched her body to receive him. This continued until they reached their climax together. Mark collapsed on her as
they were still joined. They smiled an exhausted smile at each other and drifted off to sleep.
A couple times during the night as they woke and explored many possibilities.
Mark taught her many things that night. But the most important of all, was learning to express her love. They soon rested
in each others arms spent of all energy. She laid in this arms contented.
The sun rays peeked throw the small slits in curtains. Outside small
children could be heard playing. Birds chirping away. Lisa began to stir out of her sleep. Fully awake now, her whole body
ached from the strain put on it the night before. She brushed the spot next to her where Mark was lying. He was gone! She
jumped with a start as a knock sounded at the bedroom door.
“Lisa! Are you woke?” Betty called from the other side of
the door.
“Yes come in!” She was puzzled why she would be here so early
in the morning. Betty opening the door, peered in.
“Hi. She looked at her friend with this silly grin on her face.
Lisa blushed.
“What are you doing here?” Lisa asked trying to evade the
questioning eyes.
“Mark asked me to pick you up.” Betty replied.
“Why? Where is he?” She said jumping out of the bed, forgetting
she had nothing on and walked through the house, searching for him. Finally, coming back to the room, sinking on the bed.
She began to panic. Her mother had always told her once a man get what he wants, he move on. She didn’t know it would
be so soon.
“Honey, its not what you think. Didn’t you see his note he
left you?” She looked at Betty and then to the note sitting on the night table. She crawled across the bed, over to
the nightstand, taking the note and opening it, read:
Sorry my love. Have to go out of town for a while
Will call you when I am settled in
Thanks for the special gift you gave me,
YOU!!
Lovin you
Mark
P.S.
Last night was marvelous!!!!!
She held it to her bosom and sighed loudly. She ran and took a shower
as the two women left for Betty’s house. Neither noticed a woman sitting in a car across the street from Mark’s
house. A VERY angry woman.
“I’ll never let you go, Mark. Never!!!” She said as
she watched the women leave.
Chapter Ten
Betty and Lisa pulled up in her driveway. Lisa went straight to her room
to change clothes. She diddle-daddle around, as she smiled and thought about her night with Mark. She replayed his manhandling
of her and then his gentleness as he enter her. She remembered the feel, after the pain. He kept his promise. It WAS pleasure,
after pain. She could kick herself for the time she had went without experiencing something so beautiful. But then she thought.
She wouldn’t have had the night with Mark. It made it worth it all. Her thoughts were interrupted.
“Lisa telephone!” Betty hollered from the other room. Mark!
She thought as she ran out the room into the hall and to the kitchen. Betty jumped back with an expression on her face as
Lisa bolted into the kitchen, snatching the phone from her.
“Helloooo!!” She cooed into the phone.
“LISA!!” Her mother hollered. Her hold demeanor went flat,
hearing the voice from hell, on the other end. Betty ran out the kitchen trying to contain her laughter, from the expression,
paced across her friend’s face.
“Yesss!” She answered, solemnly.
“When are you coming home? You know you need to talk to that smart
mouth friend of yours. I tried to tell you to stop seeing her. But no would you listen to.....” She was stopped cold.
“MOM!!” She snapped. “Did you have a reason for calling
or are you calling to be a nag?“ Usually she didn’t talk so harsh to her. She loved her very much. She just didn’t
like her much. She hurt people.
“Welllll!!! I see someone is in a mood today. One day out with
what’s-her-name and you speak to me in that tone.” She knew how to play with her daughter’s emotions.
“I’m sorry. There, does that make you happy, Mom?”
She began to cry. Betty came in to the kitchen. She was peeved, as she observed her friend shaking. She knew what was going
on here. She took the phone from her.
“Mrs. Conner! You are going to have to speak to Lisa later. She
isn‘t feeling well.” Betty hung the phone up, before Lisa‘s mom could say another word. She walked over
to her friend, putting her arms around her holding her tight.
“Lisa, honey! Don’t let her rain on your parade.” She
pulled her away from her looking into her eyes. Lisa nodded timidly.
“Now tell me. Didn’t you have the most wonderful night in
your life?” She watched as her friends cheeks blushed to a rose red. The two women began to laugh, forgetting about
the phone call.
Outside of Betty’s house, a car was parked some distance down.
In the car sat Joyce, coursing with rage. She had waited down the street from Betty’s house the night before. She watched
Mark leave the house on his bike, with this new woman, riding behind him. She became outraged. She paced herself some distance
behind them, not wanting to give herself away.
She followed him as he turned a corner unto a street and ride up into
the driveway. She figured this must be his new home, as he lifted the woman off the bike, making their way into the house.
She sat for a few hours, then realized the night was going to be an all nighter. She hit the steering wheel with her fist,
angry and left.
She came back the next morning, to see what was going on. Mark was leaving
when Betty drove up. She went into the house, the other woman and her left sometime later. She followed them back to Betty’s
house.
“Who is that slut he was with last night?” I’m going
to find all I can about her. He belongs to me! And if I can’t have him, no one will!” She said as she sped away.
Hell has no fury, than a woman scorned. And this fury has a name. Joyce!!!!
Chapter Eleven
Lisa sat in the backyard bathing in the sun, lying in one of the lounging
chairs. Betty had left to go grocery shopping, giving Lisa sometime alone. Lisa sat deep in thought, trying her best to relax,
when she heard the phone ringing. She figured it to be her mother, calling back to criticize her some more. She ran into the
house, snatching the phone up, holding the receiver to her head, yelled into it.
“Look Mom! If you can’t call here without trying to drag
me down! Don’t call here anymore.” She screamed.
“Whoa lil darlin! I didn’t know ya were so feisty.”
Mark said from the other end of the phone. Lisa’s mouth flew open from embarrassment.
“Oh Mark! Oh I’m so sorry! I thought you were someone else.”
She tried to explain
“Yer Mom?” He asked, knowing something of her mom. And wonder
what did this mean by her contacting Lisa now.
“Yeah! She really gets on my last nerves. She always tries to throw
the guilt trip on me. I don’t know how much more of her I’m going to be able to take.” She said, now growing
calmer with the sound of his voice from the other end.
“Well I hope the two of ya can work things out.” He was trying
to ease her mind.
“I miss you already.” She said without a thought. She was
smiling and holding the phone close to her ear.
“Yeah, I miss cha’ too, babe.” He replied, wishing
he was there with her.
“When are you expecting to be back?” She asked not knowing
if she would be able to last too much longer without feeling his touch once again.
“That’s why I called cha‘. I’m going ta be home
in two days. I was wondering if ya could be there when I get there, waiting fer me. I mean if ya want, I just thought it would
be kinda of nice ta be coming home ta someone., that’s all.” His voice slowly trailing off.
“I would love to be there waiting for you Mark. I think it would
kinda be nice too. I mean waiting for my man to come home, that is. “ Her voice taking on a more confident tone. She
couldn’t believe she was actually saying these things to him.
“Good!” Yer man will be home ta ya in two days. My lil sweet
darlin!” Mark whispered softly into the phone. Never had anyone touched him as this beautiful adorable woman. He never
ever wanted her to leave him. If he had his way, he hoped to make his home hers. But he knew it would be a slow process.
“Okay, stay safe!” She cooed softly into the phone.
“Jake has a key ta the house. Ask him ta get cha’ a duplicate
made. And Lisa, make sure that key find a permanent spot on yer key ring. Love ya much.” He finished.
“Yes, I will bye for now!” She answered him, they threw kisses
to each other over the phone. She sat there a few moments after they had hung up, thinking about what he had asked of her.
“Oh my! I never saw so much sap oozing out in my life. You two
are so pathetic. But its great!!!” Betty said as she walking into the kitchen sitting down her bag of groceries.
“How long were you standing there?” Lisa asked Betty, jumping
with a start from being snapped out of her thoughts.
“Oh, just long enough to hear that your man will be coming home
in two days and wants you there waiting for him. Good for him!” She said as she gave her friend a devilish smile.
“You don’t know anything. He just wants me there when he
gets home. That’s all! Don’t read anything more into it than that’s there. Its just two people having fun
with each other.” She said t, trying to act nonchalant about the whole thing.
“Hmmmm! Boy are you delusional.” Betty said to her friend
shaking her head.
“What are you talking about?” Lisa looked over to her, questioningly.
“You don’t get it do?” Betty asked, amazed at her friends
innocence.
“Know what?” She was still confused.
“Marks wants you there with him, all the time. He wants you for,
Always Lisa! He cares for you very much.“ Betty tried to explain.
“No your wrong! He couldn’t possibly want us together so
soon.” She said turning her gaze from her friend, thinking what if she was right. Was she ready to commit herself so
quickly after one night of passion.
“I shouldn’t say this, but he Jake told me something?”
She said a she began to take things out of the bag.
“Jake told you what?” Lisa asked turning back to her friend,
curious.
“Well Mark asked Jake some things about you. And from what Jake
got, Mark cared a great deal about you.” Betty said, pausing to see how Lisa was taking this bit of news. Lisa looked
at her friend momentarily and then turned to walk back to the door, staring out, not really looking at anything.
“Lisa I’m going to say this, as a loving friend of you both.
We have know Mark since we moved here. He has been a loyal friend to us. I don’t want to see either one of you hurt.
So listen honey. If you’re not sure of what you’re feeling for him. Then back away from it now. It’s better
he’s hurt now than wait until the feelings had gone too deep and you decide this is not what you want.“ She was
more serious now, she studied Lisa closely. Lisa continued to stare out the door. Contemplating what all this meant.
“Lisa, he’s your first. You don’t have to make any
drastic decisions right now. If you don’t want. I mean, you may want to try someone else out now that you have lost
our precious cherry!” Betty said trying to keep a straight face. Lisa’s head snapped around at her friend not
believing what had let slip out of her mouth.
“Betty! I can’t believe you sometimes.” She said as
the mood lighten up and the two women began to laugh. Betty has always been able to help her through difficult decisions.
She had this way of making them look not as hard as they seemed
“But seriously. I don’t want anyone else, but Mark. He makes
me complete. No one else will ever make me feel the way he does. He’s my match.” She said looking into her friends
sky blue eyes. Betty saw the sincerely in her friends eyes. Then she knew the two were want to be.
I want him in my life forever! I hope he feels the same!” She turned
to the door again, going silently in thought. Betty walked over to her, putting her arm around her shoulder, reassuring her
everything will be alright. They both stood looking out the door.
Chapter Twelve
Jake went and had a duplicate of Mark’s keys to his
house made for Lisa. She said her goodbyes to her friends and left for Mark’s. She couldn’t believe the turn her
life had made in just a week. But for the better and well overdue, she thought. She was so excited as she made her way to
his house. Betty was very encouraging and supportive. She loved them both very much She was hoping they would make it a permanent
thing. She felt they could make each other very happy, if they chose.
She made it to his house, driving up into the driveway, was
surprised how funny it felt to be unlocking the door to his house with her own key. She went into the house and stood momentarily,
thinking this would soon be her home. If this is what he wanted. She decided to explore, she hadn’t the chance to looked
the house over the last time she was here.
It was a beautifully refurbish old house. Mark had done a
very good job redecorating it. She went back to the bedroom where she had spent most of her time. Her memories went back to
the night they made love for the first time. A simple smile passed over her face. Then she thought of what the night ahead
would hold for her.
She was looking at one of the extra rooms , when she heard
the phone ringing. She ran to catch it. Just as she arrived the answering machine clicked picking it up. She smiled at the
sound of Mark’s voice flowing from the phone, leaving an invite to whoever calling to leave a name number and brief
message.
She waited to see if it was Mark calling to see if she had
made it and to let her know what time he would be arriving. The machine made the familiar clicking sound to record the voice
coming over on the other side. If it was Mark, she would pick up to talk to him, anyone else she would let Mark get back with
them later. She listened.
“Helloooo Mark!” The woman’s voice through
the answering machine. Lisa paused, waiting to see who this was and what did they want with Mark.
“I just wanted you to know how much I enjoyed the time
we spent the last two days. My body is still aching and feeling the effects of your body mingled with it. I’ll partially
await your return. Hurry back to me. Love you my darling man.” The voice finished. The machine clicked, signaling the
end of the message.
Lisa was dumbfounded. She felt her face become flushed with
anger and humiliation How could she had been such an fool? He was using her. While he was out of town, he was doing this woman.
And while her was here, she would be the woman on this side.
He wanted his cake and to eat it too. Well is one piece he
won’t be eating anymore. She grabbed up all her purse and ran out of the house, jumping into her car, sped away down
the street going back to Betty and Jake’s. She never noticed the woman sitting across the street holding the cellular
phone laughing deviously.. mission accomplished she thought, as she watched a crying Lisa speeding away from MARK’S
HOME!!!
Lisa made it back to the house in record time. Jake stood
out front watering his yard. He looked up to see a speeding Lisa fast approaching. She pulled up into the driveway like a
madwoman. She had barely turned off the car before she had exit the car and heading for the house. She had ran passed him
so fast and was in the house before he could asked her what happened.
Betty was in the kitchen preparing dinner when she jumped
from the sound of the front screen door being slam. She was coming out of the kitchen to see what was wrong with her husband
and to give him a piece of her mind for starling her, when she was almost bowled over by a tornado called Lisa. She had jus
enough time to slide to the side. She watched as her friend passed by her with tears covering her face. Heard as she entered
her room, slamming the door behind her and the click of it being locked.
Jake came into the house, looking at Betty puzzled to what
was going on. She looked at him and shrugged her shoulders as an answer to his questioning expression. She went towards her
friends room to see if she could get some answers from her. She could hear her sobbing uncontrollably.
“Lisa, what’s going on honey? Betty asked.
“Not now Betty. If you don’t mind. I would like
to be left alone.” She answered between sobs.
“I don’t want to press you, but you know I’m
here to listen if you need me,“ She injected, turning and walking over to Jake who was still standing at the hallway
door. He hooked his arm around her shoulder. They were at a loss to what to do. It wasn‘t like her to refuse Betty‘s
help. They reluctantly left, leaving their friend to sort out her problem alone.
Mark drove up in his UV! He was surprise not to see Lisa’s
car out front, he was hoping she would be there by the time he came home, to greet him as he came in. Maybe she had Jake to
drop her off! He emerged from the vehicle, grabbing his bag from the seat next to him, bounded onto the porch, taking his
keys out to unlocked the door. He was hoping Lisa would be somewhere in side. He dropped his bag as he came into the house,
calling out to her, receiving no answer.
Maybe she’s sleeping in the bedroom and had the door
close, not being able to hear him calling her. He ran towards the bedroom, wishing she was there, he wouldn’t wait for
the night to show her how much he had missed her. It was emptied.
Maybe she just hasn’t come yet. He made his way through
the house thinking or by some slim chance she was there, but just didn’t hear him. She was nowhere on the premises.
He went over to check his mail thinking maybe she went to get some groceries, oh yeah that’s it, he thought. Hmmm! It
would be nice to taste someone else’s cooking besides his own.
He saw that the message machine was blinking it’s famous
red light, telling him he had a message waiting. He pushed the play button to hear the usual people calling nothing important,
as he waited to maybe hear something from Lisa. A woman’s voice emanated from the machine. Mark’s mouth curved
up into a smile for a second until he realized it wasn’t Lisa’s voice, but Joyce’s. She was saying some
very interesting things.
He couldn’t figure out why she would be leaving something
like this on his phone to him. She knew he wasn’t with her anywhere. Suddenly a sinking feeling moved down to the pit
of his stomach. What if Lisa heard this while she was here? He picked up the phone and dial Betty’s number.
Jake answered. He asked if Lisa was there and Jake, not wanting
to alarm Betty, took the phone out into the backyard and began to explain to Mark how Lisa had been over there and not even
thirty minutes afterwards, came barreling down the street crying her eyes out, running into the room locking it behind her.
He told him how she wouldn’t talk to Betty! Nothing
ever was too bad that she wouldn’t talk to Betty. Mark said okay and ran out the house, jumped on his Harley accelerating
it, headed for Betty’s and Jake’s.
Chapter Thirteen
Jake was telling Betty of the situation, when in walks Mark,
filling the room with
his presence. Betty looked at his face and could see this
wasn’t going to be pretty at all. Jake had never witness his friend so emotional. They moved out of his way as he headed
for Lisa’s room without one word.
“Lisa honey! We need ta talk!” He said with his
head pressing against the door.
“Go away MARK! You’ve had your fun, now leave
me with some dignity!“ She yelled with a very sad voice. He could tell she had been crying.
“Lisa i know why ya hurt. But that woman on the machine,
was the same woman who Betty threw out her house the other night. She’s angry! She doesn’t want to see me with
anyone but her.” He pleaded.
“Mark! What kind of fool do you take me for?. I’ve
thought about it. Maybe you should go back to your old flame. She seems to want you so much.” She sat up on the bed,
holding the pillow, as she sounded off to him.
“Lisa, please! At least open the door and let’s
discuss this like two adults.” He continued to try and get her to open up to him. He turned and looked at Betty and
Jake standing near the hallway door, confused. They just shrugged their shoulders, not knowing what to do either.
“I don’t have anything more to say to you. I had
time to think this through. I will always feel inferior to you. You are so much more sophisticated then me. Maybe you just
need to leave me alone and get someone more on your level.” She had become much more calmer, as she tried rationalize
her thoughts to him. Mark’s face took on a total shock expression at the prospect of not having her in his life. He
made one more pitch to get her to open up the door.
“Lisa my lil’ darlin! I don’t want anyone
but you. You make me feel good all over. No one else as ever done that to me before. Please babe! Opened the door and let’s
talk this thing through. Come on! Let’s go back to my house.” There were a few moments of silence, as all three
waited for her replied. Then the silence was broken.
“No Mark! Let’s leave it alone. It’s better
this way. No one will get hurt to bad in the long run. Now if you don’t mind, I’ve said all I’m going to
say on this matter. You may leave or do whatever you want!“ She said so bluntly. Mark felt his anger swelling up in
him. He looked over to Betty and Jake. They froze from the fire spurting out of his now dark eyes.
Lisa sat in her room. listening to the voices she heard coming
form the other side. She couldn’t quite make out what was being said. The were low key murmurs. She sat on the bed leaning
towards the door to hear.
She jumped from the bed in a panic as she heard a large noise
sounded like a great pound on the door. All she could see was the door falling inwards to the door and Mark’s big booted
foot coming to rest one the floor. She stood there in horror. She could see this wasn’t going to be pretty.
She decided she could do to things. Run for her life or stand
there and face his fury. She elected to run for her life. She made two steps as he slid in front of her, swooping her up in
one arm, slung her over his shoulder, turned going out of her room heading out the front to his bike. As they passed a ovation
being giving to Mark by Betty and Jake, Lisa spurted some choice words and threats of getting even, As she moved further away
from her friends.
Mark made it to his bike sitting in the driveway. He sat her
near it, giving her a long look of darn g her to try and flee from him again. She took the look into very deep consideration.
She didn’t move.
He handed her a helmet continuing to stare at her with his
piercing green eyes. After seeing she had secure the helmet on her head, he lifted her up onto the bike, then swung his long
legs over, mounting it, he turned it on, revving it up, back out of the drive way and sped down the road with Lisa clinging
to him tightly.
Betty and Jake stood in the door laughing, then turned and
left, heading away, confident things will work themselves out.
Mark never uttered one word to Lisa, as the moved through
the streets. The wind singing pass her ears was the only sound she heard on the longest ride she had ever experience. They
were moving at a tremendous speed. Lisa kept her arms wrapped around his waist tight, for support.
She knew she had pissed him off. She wasn’t sure what
awaited her when they would arrive back at his home. Whatever it may be, wasn’t going to be very pleasant. She felt
the bike swerve as it turned the corner, onto his street.
Then it made a sway, as he pulled up into his drive way, bringing
the bike to a halt. He dismounted the bike, turned to her, with a quick glance lifted her off the bike sitting her next to
it, watching as she removed the helmet from her head. He took it and hung it on the handle. Then Mark grabbed her by the arm,
dragging her close behind him as the stepped upon the porch to the front door.
After opening the door and pulling her into the house, he
closed the door to the outside. A car pulled up in front of the house. It was Joyce. She had followed Mark, going to Betty
and Jake’s. She watched him go into the house. She watched as he came out with a Lisa draped over his shoulder and how
he put her on his bike and came back here. She sat there angrier than before.
She realized at that moment, her planned had backfire. She
felt Mark had heard the tape and knew who it was calling. she would have to play it safe the next time. She had to devised
a more foolproof plan so the happy couple can finally say goodbye to each other. She would wait until the next time he leaves
for one of his trips.
Chapter Fourteen
Lisa sat thinking how she had tried to out run Mark. And how
he had carried her to his bike and dared her to try to run again. Oh was he angry! More than she had ever seen him. He hadn’t
said one word the whole time they were traveling to his house. She thought how he grabbed her and dragged her behind him into
the house.
“What the hell do ya think of me?” He shouted.
Lisa sat quietly, arms across her chest, curled up in a corner of the couch, not mumbling a word.
She wouldn’t look at him as he tramped back and forth,
ranting and raving. She felt she had done enough to contribute to the situation. She figure if she kept her mouth shut, he
would soon burn out. You know that old cliche don’t add wood to the fire. And she felt she had put more than enough.
Was it hot in here, or is it me,’ She thought.
“Lisa do ya hear me talkin ta ya?” He yelled,
causing her to jump, snapping out of her thought. He was bent over with his face in hers, hands on his hips. Those green eyes
were flaring.
“Yes, Mark!” She said taking a big gulp. She replied
timidly refusing to look at him.
“Yea Mark what?” He asked, feeling she wasn’t
paying any attention to what he had been saying to her.
Now she realized being quiet wasn’t going to stop his
rampage. She turned to stare into his angry eyes and softly said:
“I love you Mark. There I said it. I love you with all
my heart. I was so hurt when I heard that woman on your answering machine. I couldn’t bare to even think about knowing
you doing to another woman what you do to me. I felt what we have is special. between us. Am I making any sense here?”
Mark gazed into her gentle gray eyes, swallowed hard, in response to the love he saw she had for him.
He couldn’t hold back his love for her, never leaving
her gaze, he picked her up off the couch where she was sitting, into his arms and carried to the bedroom. This time the lovemaking
was a proclamation of their love.
He laid her on the bed never taking his eyes from her and
slowly began to remove his shirt. She sat, watching him seductively removing each article of clothing. She got an idea. She
jumped up off the bed, started to rambled through her baggage she had left earlier, ran into the bathroom. Mark watched her
with curiosity, pausing momentarily, then shook his head and continued to undress. Finished, he jumped into the bed. waiting
for her.
His body had grew hungry for her. All he could think about
was feeling himself inside of her. He thought about how tight and good she felt surrounding him. He had come to full erection
with those thoughts.
What was keeping her, he thought. His desires were getting
the best of him. She had told him she loved him. When she returned, he was going to show her how much his love was for her.
Oh God! Come on woman. He was just leaving the out of the bed to get her, when he heard some music coming from the bathroom
radio.
Lisa opened the door slowly, walking out of the bathroom,
dressed in her bikini, with a scarf wrapped around her waist, allowing one hip to be fully exposed. Mark pulled his foot back
into the bed, positioning himself against headboard, as he anticipated the show she had planned for him.
Along with the music, her body began to emulate the belly
dancers she had seen on TV. Mark gave her a devilish smile, as his eyes fixed on her swaying and twirling hips.
Oh! He thought, how good that would feel with him planted
deep inside of her. He swallowed the lump that had formed in his throat, as his mouth began to water at the prospects of the
night.
Lisa patted herself on the back for having such an effect
on him. She could see his chest heaving big time. She began to play with the scarf wrapped around her waist, taking it off
and throwing it to him. He caught it bringing it to his nose and taking in her scent. He began to feel his manhood pulsating.
She continued with the hip movement, as she began to remove
her bikini top. She tossed it too to him. She was driving him wild. She kept her back towards him hiding her exposed breast.
She began to slowly gyrate more rapidly, until finally, she was moving at a nice rate of speed.
Mark’s pre cum had formed on the tip of his manhood.
His juices were slowly streaming, through. His manhood was signaling it wasn’t able to take much more. He agreed.
He was out of the bed and upon her before she could react.
He swept her up into his arms, pulling her to him. She let out a squeal, as he gently tossed her onto the bed. She laughed
with anticipation.
Chapter Fifteen
“Your turn!” Mark said, moving down between her
legs. His mouth was upon her welcoming womanhood. He dove his tongue deep into her waiting cavity, hungrily licking and sucking,
as he lapped her flowing juices.
Her organ harden from his attention he was giving it, sent
waves of currents throughout her body. She began to release with his onslaught. She screamed out his name, he took it up an
notch. Her body could stand it anymore. It jerked with convulsions as she reached her climax.
Mark was pleased he could make her give herself so fully and
complete. His eyes were on her as the spasmodic body, slowly came to rest. She laid there moaning softly. Her breathing had
begun to mellow.
He smiled, as they looked into each others eyes. Like a cat,
he crawled the length of her, until they were eye to eye. She looked deep into his eyes, seeing that the fires inside him
continued to burn behind them. They needed to be quenched, she was the only water that could douse them. Her mouth formed
an ’O’ as he started the next stage.
He looked at her nipples as they stood at attention. He smiled
as he took them into his mouth one after the other. He licked and sucked vigorously. Then he moved down to her stomach with
the same mouth movements. She was loosing it all over again. He began to massage her opening with his hand. Feeling the warm
and wetness. He inserted one finger, slowly moving it in and out of her. He then began to increase the speed. She moaned loudly,
from the pleasure he was giving her.
Her body arched as she began to meet his thrusts. Mark pulling
his finger out, began to lick the substance from it, until it was clean. He moved over her and lowered himself, until he was
positioned at her entrance.
Gently he moved into her, as she accepted him. They started
meeting each other thrust for thrust at a moderate pace, until they began to feel the pleasure they were giving another. Soon
they were moving at a more rapid pace, their pelvises were slapping together with each thrust.
Their bodies felt the molten heat simmering inside of them
as it erupt, they let out a yell in unison, as his warm juices flowed inside her freely. And hers engulfed his welcomed intruder.
Mark spent, slumped onto her. They moaned and groaned as the
last jerking of their bodies relented. He laid there a moment, she ran her fingers through his hair, he relaxed as he listen
to her breathing. It couldn’t get any better than this, he was thinking.
“Thank you Mark! This is the second time you saved me
from making the biggest mistake in my life. Nothing will ever make me doubt you again.“ She said this as she wrapped
her legs around him, holding him tight, hugging his head to her bosom.
“I love ya Lisa. From the very moment I saw ya, I knew
ya were mine. I don’t ever want ya ta leave. Please stay here with me. I won’t make ya, just hope ya will.”
He kept his head next to her heart, remembering the rhythm of its beat.
“Yes! There is no other place I want to be, then here
with you. Always!” Mark lifted himself up off her, coming to face her, they gazed into each other eye once again, finding
her mouth with his, he began to kiss her hard and long. Each let out their own sound of gratitude to the other for being in
their lives. And the lovemaking began once again and throughout the night, until morning crept in, finding them exhausted,
in each others arm.
After following Mark from one house to the other and stopping
in front of his house. Joyce had decided to see how long it would be before Mark would return this woman back to Betty’s.
She was going to be in fore a long haul. Unbeknownst to her, Mark had asked Lisa to move in with him. This would not sit well
with her, after she realizes this was the case. The next few weeks will be crucial ones.
Chapter Sixteen
It had been a week since Lisa had moved in with Mark. She
still couldn’t believe he had asked her to live with him the night he made sweet love to her. She felt everything was
moving so fast. But they knew one thing for sure, they couldn’t be away from each other.
Mark had to leave for a business trip once again. She was
going to be alone for the first time in her new home. He asked her if she would feel more comfortable if she was to stay at
Betty and Jake’s. She told him no, she wanted to stay in her new home. She felt she might as well get use to it, he
would be making many more trips out of town. She decided to go to town and pick up a few things they needed.
Driving through town, she spotted the diner where she first
met Mark. She decided to go in, get something to eat and reminiscence. She remembered how they met, as she gave the waitress
her order. Ordering the same meal as she did on that day.
She finished with her meal, paid the bill and left the small
diner. Feeling very good. It will always hold a special place in her heat. If she hadn‘t stopped in for a bite to eat,
Mark wouldn’t had made and impact on her initially.
She was walking towards her car, when she noticed a note sitting
on her windshield. She looked around to see if she could get a glimpse of anyone lurking near. Nothing, but people walking
along about their business.
She took the note off the window and stuffed it in her purse.
She entered her car just before glancing around one more time to see if she could spot someone suspicious. Seeing nothing,
she drove away, heading home.
She was just coming into the house, when she heard the phone
ringing, dropping her bags, she ran to answer it hoping it was Mark. She needed to hear his voice. Picking the receiver up,
she paused as the voice from the other hit her ear. It wasn’t Mark!
“Did you read the note slut? You should.” They
were brief and effective, hanging the phone up in her face. She stood staring at the receiver, stunned and as if it was some
foreign object she had never seen before. She began to tremble as she dropped the phone, as if it had stung her. After some
moments had passed, gathering her senses she went to her purse, retrieving the note from it and read it.
You should be thinking about leaving him!
He doesn’t love you, you know. When he gets
tire of you, and he will. He’ll throw you
out like last weeks garbage. Which you are!
Of course they didn’t sign their name. She slumped down
on the couch, curling up on it as she had did the night Mark had became very angry with her. She held a pillow to her for
security, as she thought and wonder what should she do. This was the third thing that had happened since Mark and her had
come together. She feared it would not be the last. He said it was the woman he had broken off with and had been thrown out
of Betty’s home. She was growing increasingly afraid and wanted Mark home.
She slowly drifted off to sleep, as an antidote to her rising
fear. After being asleep for awhile, she was jarred awake by a loud crashing noise. She sat straight up and quickly came out
of her sleep induce dazed. She slowly moved through the house, checking for anything broken, that may have caused the noise.
Searching evry room, fearful that each step she made, maybe and advantage for something or someone to jump out at her.
Finishing her investigation of the house, everything appeared
to be alright and in place. She sat back on the couch, relieve whatever had caused the crashing noise had nothing to do with
her. She let out a long breath, maybe she was just to spook with the few incidents.
She noted the time, it was late! She had slept throughout
the evening. She was hungry! She decided to take a nice hot shower and get her something to eat, before turning in for the
night.
Lisa had taken her shower and was heading for the kitchen
to prepare her meal, when she heard a loud knocking at her front door. She stop thinking who could be visiting this time of
night. She advance towards the door cautiously! She could see from the side window, she could see flashing lights emanating
through. Her mid became confuse to what was going on.
“Yes!“ She hollered, as she was feeling her anxiety
setting in.
“Police Ma’am!“ The voice announced. Lisa
peeked through the peephole. Yes indeed! It was the police! Fearing it had something to do with some horrible news concerning
Mark, she hastily unlatched the lock and swinging the door opened to face the policeman, fearing the worst.
“Yes!“ She asked her heart beating at a very rapid
pace.
“Ma’am! Sorry to disturb you at this time of night!
But we need to investigate an situation.“ He said looking at her sternly. Lisa was even more confused. What had happened
to Mark fro them to have to investigate something. She felt her heart sink, as tears began to form in her eyes.
“Yes!“ Was the only thing she could allow to slip
between her lips.
“Are you the owner of the beige Saturn sitting in the
driveway?“ He asked, pointing in the direction of the driveway. Lisa tried to shake her head of the confusing running
through it. Why does he want to know if she was the owner of the Saturn.
“YES I am!” She replied, as she peeped around
the corned of the doorway to see what was the problem about her car. She was relieved it hadn’t anything to do with
Mark. She let out a loud gasp, as she took in her car.
“Would you mind stepping out here Ma’am, please?”
He said as he backed up to allow her to step out onto the porch.
She eased the door opened with her eyes fixed on her car,
came out onto the porch. The policeman kept his eyes on Lisa, studying her reaction. She looked at her new car with the smashed
windshield. That was the noise she had heard! She couldn’t believe all this was happening! It was like a nightmare!
“Oh my God!” She screeched, as she ran off the
porch to assess her car.
“One of the neighbors were out walking their dog when
they heard the crash. When she came to see what had caused it, the person was already speeding away. She called us immediately,
not knowing if something more had happened over here. We came to investigate when we saw the car in this condition. Do you
know of anyone who may have done it?“ He asked.
“I may.“ She said.
“Okay, come down to the station in the morning, bring
your proof and make your statement. We’re going to need you to sign the report for insurance purposes.” She signed
the report while still looking at her car.
Thanking policeman, she went back into the house, making sure
everything was secured and turning on the alarms. Now she was very scared. ‘Oh Mark, please hurry home’, she thought,
as tears flowed down her face. She was afraid to go back to sleep. She went to make her some coffee. It was going to be a
long night. She would call Betty in the morning.
Chapter Seventeen
The next day she called Betty, telling her about the note
and the car. Betty told her to call Mark and tell him what had happened. She didn’t want him to have to worry about
her every time he went out of town. She made Betty promise not to tell Mark or Jake. She wanted this handle this herself.
She had the windshield fixed. She then went to the police
station to file a report, showing the police the note she had found on her car the same day as the incident and informed them
of the phone call. They told her that neither the note or the phone call was threatening. Nor could she prove the same person
was involved in all three incidents. Their hands were tied. She left wondering what to do. Without worrying Mark.
Lisa made it home from the police station, it had been a long
day. All she wanted was to take a nice hot bath while it was yet day. She went and set all the alarms, while her bath water
ran. Thank God for them. She went in the room, removing her clothing as she tried to figure away to get to the bottom of this
ordeal. While in the bathtub, relaxing and meditating, she felt someone grab her arm. She screamed and started fighting the
person hard, as if for her life. She was in such a frenzy, she couldn’t make out who the person was or what they were
trying to say to her. She had lost it.
“Honey, stop!” Mark said, wrapping his huge arms
about, her holding her close to him. He hollered in her ear to calm her down. He had come home earlier than expected.
“What has gotten into ya?” He asked, confused,
as he continued to hold her, until he was satisfied she had come to her senses. He could see she was shaking like a leaf.
He wrapped a towel around her and took her into the bedroom, laying her onto the bed. He slid in next to her, pulling her
close to him trying to calm her. She soon became relaxed in his arms.
“Want to tell me what that was all about. He was wondering
what had her so upset. He they had played this game many times, she never reacted so drastically. The very first time he had
snuck up on her, all she did was jumped and threw some choice words at him. He knew something wasn’t right.
“You just startled me that’s all. I wasn’t
expecting you home so soon. And I may have dozed off, a little confused with my surroundings.” She could sense he wasn’t
buying this the way his eyes narrowed.
“Fine! I guess when ya ready fer me ta know, ya’ll
tell me.” He began to remove his clothing. She crawled further into the bed, lying on her side, watching him as he slowly
took each article off. She was feeling like she needed some TLC.
Mark stared back at her as he noticed the way she was leering
at him. With his catlike movements, he walked over to the bed very seductively, sliding under the covers next to her.
Their bodies touched, as the heat passed from one to the other.
He gave her an hungry look. He turned his body towards her, draping his huge leg over her. She felt his manhood rub against
her side, sending tingling sensations through her body. He bent down, over her lips, as he opened his mouth to devour hers.
She closed her eyes waiting for them to touch. Quickly he kissed her warm wet lips. And just as quick, turned over unto his
side facing away from her.
“Goodnight my love.” He said with a very devious
smile.
‘What!’, she thought to herself. She wanted to
take her pillow and knock the .........!!!! Whooo!! She was very angry with him! She slung herself over on her side facing
the opposite direction, in a huff! He was satisfied. If this relationship were to survive. She would have to learn to trust
him. And most importantly, not keep secrets. He knew she was holding something back from him. And he planned to find it out.
“What?” She hollered.
“Yes! Your mother just called for you. She’s here.
On her way from the airport going to the hotel.” Betty confirming her worst fears.
“Nooooo!” She cried frantically. Mark came rushing
from the other room alarmed at her scream. He ran seeing her holding the phone in total shock.
“HELLO! Who id this?” He hollered into the phone.
Lisa went to sit on the couch as she contemplated the ARRIVAL.
“Hahahaha!!” He laughed as he hung the phone up
with Betty. Coming over to Lisa and taking her into his arms.
“My sweet Lisa. What is wrong with your mother knowing
the truth about us?” He was still chuckling as he rubbed her cheek.
“You don’t understand. I don’t want her
to know about you. She would Freak!” She snapped turning away from him. The word ’Freak’ stuck in his mind.
“I really hate to go there, but by any chance are you
ashamed of me?” She had turned her so she was facing him.
“Look Mark! I don’t have time to get into it with
you! My mother’s in town and she’s probably looking for me to be at Betty’s. I have to go!” She quickly
gave him a peck on the cheek and went into heir room to get some of her things. He ran his fingers through his hair. She never
did answer that question.
Mark was sitting on the couch staring into empty fireplace.
Thinking back on the night made love for the first time, when she entered the room with her packed bags. It seemed like she
was moving out. He stood to face her.
“Going to be gone long?” He asked.
“Until she leaves, Mark! Anyway you’ll be out
of town for a couple of weeks and then she’ll be gone.” She said wearily.
“Okay! See you when I get back.” He turned walking
away. He didn’t want her to see the water filling his eyes. She didn’t care. She let hers flow as she left her
home.
She made it over to Betty’s record time. Her mother
had called for her and left a message for her to call her when she got in. Betty had stalled for her.
“Thanks! If I had a sister she would be like you.”
She said hugging her for troubleshooting once again.
“What do you mean, if? We are sisters and will always
be. But, that ain’t my momma.” They laughed hard. Betty always could make her laugh at the worst moments in her
life.
She begin to unpack her things. She was already missing Mark.
She wanted to shield him as long as she could from her mother. She called her and she was coming over. Jake and Betty left.
They didn’t want to be held responsible for what they may say or do. She decided to call Mark. She didn’t like
the way she left. No answer. Then she heard the doorbell ring. She put the phone down as she went to answer the door.
Mark was out in the yard when he heard the phone ringing.
It had stopped when he picked it up. He thought it might be Lisa. So he called her. Lisa let her mother in and ran into the
room for something, when the phone rung. She asked her mother to get it. She did. It was Mark asking for Lisa. She question
who it was calling her daughter. He questioned who she was......and soooo!! One word led to another. Lisa walked in on the
confrontation. She took the phone to her ears to a dial tone.
“Who was that on the phone?” She asked very calmly,
not wanting to explode.
“Some man asking for you. Very arrogant, if you ask
me!” She was too busy powdering her nose to se the anger forming across her daughter’s face.
“Mother what did you say to him when he asked for me?”
She hissed the words out. But still trying to remain calm, if that was possible.
“Oh! I told him about young Jordan back home waiting
for you!” She continued to admire herself in her little compact mirror. Not once acknowledging her daughter. Now she
had done it.
“I can’t believe you sometimes! Where do you get
off discussing my business with anyone? And Jordan! Isn’t my choice, he’s yours! Remember that next time you try
to hook him up with me. OH, never mind! Let’s go!!” She stormed out of the house, she needed to get out of there
before she said or did something she would later regret. She would sneak away later tonight, to explain things to Mark.
Later that evening, after her mother left going back to her
hotel room and her unsuccessful attempt to get Lisa to come stay with her in her hotel room. Lisa made her way to the house
she called home. It seemed a little strange. She let herself in with the key Mark had insisted she kept on her key ring. mark
was nowhere around.
‘Oh well,’ she thought. She would wait until he
returned home. She went and laid down on the couch, waiting for him. She son drifted off to sleep. Mark never came home.
Chapter Eighteen
Then next morning Lisa made her way back to Betty’s.
She went to her room and cried. Why can’t things work out right? First this psycho person and now her mother. Yes, her
mother. She needed to know what exactly did she say to Mark! She decides to give her a call. The phone is ringing on the other
end, when it clicks and she hears that familiar voice.
“Yes?” Her mother coos into the phone. ‘Ole
brother please’, she thought.
“Hello mother! How about meeting me for lunch?”
She asks with GREAT difficulty.
“Sure my darling child.” She answers with emphasis
on ‘CHILD’.
“Good! I’ll pick you up. How about 11:30?”
She asked through gritted teeth.
“Yes! That will be just fine! See you then my luv!”
She smiled at the chance to convince her daughter to leave with her. Because, she doesn’t intend on leaving without
her. She would do whatever it took.
“So mother! What exactly did you say to the man who
called for me yesterday?” She asked her politely.
“Well! If you must persist on this topic. I asked him
who he was and what did he want with you. Then he said, who wants to know? I explained to him I was your mother and have every
right to know who wanted to speak to my daughter. He had the audacity to imply that I had know idea on how to raise you and
told me I should let you make your own decisions in life. Hmmmph! How dare he speak to me in that manner? Anyway I told him
your nice Jordan back home, would have never spoken to me in that tone of voice and so rude of manner. Then I said, the keyword
there is MANNERS.” She gave the appearance of being flustered at having to go over this conversation.
“Okay mother! How long do you plan to be here?”
She asked. She wanted her gone so she could get back to her life with Mark.
“Why baby! Didn’t I tell you? I’m not leaving
until you do! I came to take you back home, my dear.” She turned her mouth up into this simple grin. Lisa gave her mother
one look and curtailed the thoughts she could do with that stupid grin on her face.
“Okaaaaaaay! Look Mother! I’m not going home.
And in case you don’t know, I am home. I have a life here. So I will repeat my question. When are you going home?”
She was very calm. Spoke in a very low voice.. She was very polite. Soooooooooo! What part of ‘I have a life’
didn’t her mother understand?
After leaving her mother, frustrated at the failed attempt
to communicate her wishes, she asked Jake if he had heard from Mark. He told her he said he would be home in three days. Good
she thought. She would wait for him at HOME!!
Mark made it back from his trip. He dreaded coming home to
an empty house. he called and spoke with Jake! he informed Mark, ‘The Ole Lady’ was still in town. Mark stooped
at a bar on his way home. He had too much to drink.
But what the HELL!! As he came into the door, he threw him
bags on the floor next to the door, stumbled into the kitchen to get him a can of beer. He came back into the living room
and slumped down onto the couch.
It seemed he spent a lot of time there since the day Lisa
had left. He stared into the unlit fireplace. He drank a few shots of JD, along with the can of beer. His eyes began to grow
heavy, as he succumbed to the affects of the over indulgence and passed out!
He found himself dreaming of Lisa! She walked over to the
couch and began to massage his neck, shoulders and temple, as she cooed sweet words into his ear. He felt himself relaxing
from her touch. She sat on his lap, straddling him. She began to kiss his lips softly, delving her tongue in and out of his
mouth, as it fluttered like a butterfly.
He groaned with the pleasure she was bestowing on him. She
began to kiss and nibble on his neck, sucking and leaving her love mark. She opened his shirt, flickering her tongue over
his harden nipples, sucking hungrily. His body tensed from the sensation coursing through his body.
She continued moving downward to his stomach, kissing gently.
She began to unbuckle his pants, freeing his manhood and taking it into her hands, as she slowly caressed it. It grew hard
and to full length with her touch. She then locked onto his eyes with her own, mouth the words ‘I LOVE YOU!’ She
then moved down...........!!!
Then next morning, Mark woke finding himself on the couch.
His head was killing him. He knew he had a little too much to drink! The he slowly began to remember the erotic dream he had
of Lisa. He felt himself getting aroused once again. He froze in thought as he saw he was under a blanket and unclothed. And
from the evidence of a love mark on his neck. He didn’t have a dream after all.
“Lisa! Telephone!” Betty called to her.
“Okay! What do you want so early in the morning Mother?”
She snapped, it was too early in the morning for her to call.
“It’s not your mother! It’s your Lover!”
His voice thrust through the phone. He was on top of the world.
“Hi Mark! She smiled from the sound of his voice.
“Did you come over here last night?” He asked,
still feeling the effects of the dream.
“MMMMMM!! You like?” She said seductively, toying
with him.
“No fair! Why didn’t you wake me?” he asked
trying to sound disappointed.
“Actually, I thought you were awake, the way you were
responding. And the way you handled me. GRRRRR!!!!” She was enjoying this. They finis their conversation and made some
plans of when they could meet again.
Chapter Nineteen
Mark hung up the phone from talking with Lisa. ‘The
little She-devil. Paid me back for the other night when I seduced her and left her hanging.’ He thought. But he felt
his reasons for the way he had done her were good. He wanted her to feel she could confide in him. And not keep secrets from
him.
She was so frighten, he knew she was holding back something.
He needed to find out, what had happened while he was gone. But he rather she told him on her own. But alas, she held to her
story and wanted to brush it off with sex. Though sex is important in a good relationship! It’s not the main ingredients
to keep two people bond. She has a lot to learn about being together with someone.
Which brings him to another thing, her mother. She wants to
rake Lisa back home with her. He was worried she would soon break from the pressure her mother is constantly exerting on her.
But he doesn’t want to put any pressure on her. But, what is that old saying? ‘All is fair in Love and WAR!!’
Speaking of Love. “Woooow!!! From what i remember of
that ‘dream’. How did.......she know how.......? And where did she learn.......to do......THAT?” He said
out loud, still lying on the couch recuperating. From both his drinking and her.
Giving himself this time to reflex on things that were going
on in his life. Suddenly an concept filled his mind. He decided to make plans to get the ball rolling.
Lisa sat in the chair as she thought of her night with Mark.
She had been reading some books on how to do things that would bring exotic pleasure your mate. Mark had done it to her many
times. He never asked her to return the favor. Soooo!! She thought it would have been a good surprise. And by the way he talked
on the phone she did a good job. She smiled when the phone ring.
“Helloooo!” She said almost purring.
“Hello yourself slut!” The voice from the other
end growled at her.
“So you thought you would throw me off by moving out.
And all along you have been sneaking back at night to be with him. You will never have him! NEVER!!” They hung up! Lisa
began to cry hard, sliding down the wall to the floor, as she let the phone roll out of her hand.
Betty heard her friends frantic cry, ran to her side. She
took her into her arms holding her tight. She slowly caressed her hair, speaking soothing soft tones, trying to calm her.
She soon relaxed in her ‘Sisters’ arms.
“You have to tell Mark! This can’t go on. I feel
like I’m betraying his friendship, not to mention deceiving Jake. If something would to happen to you. What do you think
they would feel about me fro knowing this and not allowing the protection you need. And babe, I don’t think I could
live with myself either.”
Lisa listen to her friend and knew she was right. This has
to stop! She decided to tell Mark the truth tonight. And with the problem going to be solved, the phone rung. Betty answered
thinking it was the psycho. It wasn’t, but close. Her mother! ‘Why me?’ was all that ran through her mind.
Mark was out in his front yard fiddling around with his bike,
when his neighbor walked up to him. Mark hadn’t had much time to get to know his neighbors, so it was nice to see one
coming up the driveway to speak to him.
“Hello! My name is Gus. I live next door.” The
smaller man said as he pointed in the direction of his house, extending his had to Mark, approaching Mark slowly, astounded
by his size.
“Hi! I’m Mark! Nice ta meet one of my neighbors”
He laughed consuming the man’s hand in his.
“I came over to see if you ever caught the person who
smashed your wife’s windshield, a couple of weeks ago?” The man asked with genuine concern on his face. Mark stared
at the man, standing like a great statute, in total shock.
Mark finish speaking with his neighbor, playing off as if
he knew, telling him no they hadn’t found the person yet. He thanked him for his concerned and his wife’s calling
the police after she noticed what was happening.
He went into the house and over to the couch where they had
made over the night before, sitting and thinking for a few moments, as he allow what he had heard sink in. Why didn’t
she tell him about the windshield? He knew something had happened while he was gone. He decided to go to the police station
and get the report on what occurred that night.
Lisa was rehearsing how she was going to tell Mark about the
psycho who has been terrorizing her for the last several weeks. He would want to know why it took her so long to tell him.
She was wondering which would be better, to go over or call. She decided to wait until tomorrow. What difference would another
day make?
Mark walked out of the police station. More calmer than he
had expected to be. He took in his surroundings. Why did everything seem different, than when he woke up this morning?
Just this morning, he woke from his erotic dream (which wasn’t
a dream after all) with the woman he loved so much. He mounted his bike, gunning it hard and sped away to no place in particular.
Just away from this town, until he could sort things out. He knew how much he loved her. But he had to decide how much she
loved him.
Why hadn’t she trusted him enough to tell him? And what’s
with that anyway? The final question stayed with him! How could she love him if she couldn’t trust him? That question
is what made him make his decision. Marked packed lightly and left town earlier than was expected.
Chapter Twenty
Lisa had called more a few times, to tell him she was coming
over to talk to him! There wasn’t any answer. She left a message, telling him that she was coming over
to talk to him about something very important.
She knew he would be leaving out of town in a couple of days.
She wanted to tell him the truth before he left. Tonight she just wanted to be with him. Tomorrow, she could tell him everything.
Mark’s friend Glenn had been begging him to come up
and visit him. He decided this would be a good time to take him up on it. Glenn live in his cabin up in the mountains, near
a lake. Mark was spellbound by the majestic scenery. Glenn figured they could do some fishing and catch up on some old times.
Mark felt, a few weeks away, should clear his head.
Lisa went on over to the place she had come to cal home. As
it grew late and no Mark! That it was evident, he wasn’t coming home. She was confused to why he didn’t mention
to her he was leaving sooner than planned. She went and got into their bed and drifted off to sleep. Early the next morning,
she left.
It had been a few weeks since the night Lisa had decided to
tell Mark about what had been going on and he had left town early without one word to her. She didn’t know how to get
in touch with him if she needed him. It was as if he had fell off the face of the earth.
Her mother was an constant nag. She was bent on taking her
back home with her. But she was just as set on staying. Neither would yield. She hadn’t heard from the psycho since
that day she called while she was staying with Betty. But she still feared for her life. With those type of people, you never
know.
Lisa laid in the bed, not feeling well for some reason. She
had been feeling overly tired and for the last three days, she hadn’t been able to keep anything on her stomach. Maybe
it’s the flu, she thought as she slowly dragged herself out of bed.
It had been a few weeks since Mark had left. He tried his
best to enjoy his time with Glenn, but every quiet moment, his thoughts soon drifted to Lisa. He knew eventually he was going
to have to face her with the truth.
Then there was this person who was stalking her with notes
phone calls and the worst, a smashed windshield. They more he thought about this, the more he grew concerned. He was going
to be leaving from Glenn’s on one of his trips, he would be gone for a few weeks this time around.
Lisa crawled back in bed. This illness had come and gone over
the last few weeks. She would be seeing a doctor at her mother and Betty’s urgings. Whoa! She must be really looking
bad if Betty and her mother both agree on something.
She wondered why Mark had left without an word. When they
last talked, they spoke about the exotic night they had spent together. He hadn’t called. Jake said he hadn’t
heard from him either. And that was unusual. Ooooh her stomach!! Oh well, off to the bathroom!!!
Mark left Glenn’s going on his trip. Afterwards, he
would be heading home. He realized now, as he sat at the airport, oblivious to the people around or the ones gawking at him.
That he didn’t have to react so severely. He could have at least stayed and hear her side of the story. How does he
expect her to understand about relationships if he runs off at the first sign of trouble, with no communication.
When he return home, they will sit down and talk this thing
over calmly. He felt it was worth a try. He knew one thing while being away from her, he loved her dearly. And he didn’t
want her out of his life. Solitude woks wonders.
“You said WHAT!!??” She screamed, from the other
side of the desk at the doctor. He had given her the results from her tests.
“Ms. Conners, please calm down! This outburst isn’t
good for the baby!” He beckoned for her to sit down.
“There! You said IT again! The ’B’ word!
Didn’t you?” Lisa slowly took her seat, eyes growing larger than life, as her mid tried to register that word!
BABY!!
Chapter Twenty-One
“I just received a phone call from Mark.” Jake
walked into the kitchen.
“He said he’s on his way back. But, this is confusing
part of all. When I went off on him about leaving on abruptly, without telling us anything, as he usually does. He said the
weirdest thing.” He looked at this wife, as she stared back at him. She felt her life, as she knew it, was slowly slipping
away.
“What did he say the reason for the strange behavior?”
She was hoping it wasn’t what he thought.
“Don’t you know, My Darling WIFE?!!!” His
eyes had grown narrowed, as he study his wife.
“Well, I think I may have an idea what could make Mark
act so strange.” She slowly moved some distance away from her husband, seeing he had flinched.
“Could it be about Lisa and something she didn’t
do?” Jake body gave a little tremble. Betty took a step backwards.
“You knew all this time. I told him you couldn’t
possibly know something so dangerous and not inform us. No, Betty!! I mean me, your husband, who shares everything with you.”
He had his hand over his heart, in a patting gesture.
“I wanted to tell you. But I promise her I wouldn’t,
thinking she would tell Mark. She was going to tell him after the person called here.” Whoops!!
“The....person.....called.......here?” Jake said
this ever so calmly. It made Betty shiver.
“The person called here and you didn’t say a Damn
thing? My God, woman. What has gotten into you? I can understand Lisa. Look at her mother and that’s excuse enough.
But, you. You are suppose to be the voice of reasoning. I got to get out of here!!!” Jake turned and stormed out of
the door, leaving Betty crying after him, trying to pull him back, only to have him snatched his arm away, rushing out the
door.
He thought they had something special. ‘I guess I thought
wrong.’ He whispered to himself as he drove away. Betty cried hysterically. In all the time they were married, never
has either walked out on the other when they fought. And they have had BIG ones. She knew what this was all about. TRUST!!!
She sunk down to the floor, near the front door, crying and hoping he would come back. She had long wait.
If Lisa had went to Betty’s after her doctors appointment.
Maybe she would have been informed of Mark’s knowledge. But she didn’t. She decided to go to a park and ‘Meditate.’
Mark received a phone call from Jake confirming Betty’s
knowledge of what happened a few weeks ago. He told him he was staying at an hotel. Mark tried to convince him to go home
and talk it through, because he would be doing the same with Lisa. Jake wouldn’t hear it. In all their years of marriage,
Betty has never kept anything from him. Mark felt helpless so far away from his friends who needed him so much.
“Damn! I got to go home. Miss I need to change my destination.”
He said to the clerk behind the counter.
“Sure sir! Where to?” She asked with a smile admiring
the big man in front of her.
“Home!!!!”
Mark was frantic. If he could, he would have flown the damn
plane himself. His friends needed him. If he had just stayed home and talked this out with Lisa. Maybe Jake and Betty wouldn’t
be fighting. Their marriage was made in heaven. Finally, they were approaching the airport.
Lisa sat for awhile trying to absorb what the doctor had told
her. A baby? She was having a baby. Mark’s baby. He had to know. But how was she going to get in touch with him? He
left without telling anyone. She thought she would go wait for him, no matter how long it took. She was going home.
Joyce sat and watch as Lisa left Betty’s. She decided
she had enough of the little slut. She was going to take care of her once and for all. She followed her to the doctor’s
office. What an OB/GYN. That could mean anything. But it didn’t.
She over heard the receptionist making a follow-up appointment.
And then Lisa asked a question about a baby. BABY!! Joyce at that moment snapped. All reasoning flew out the window, migrating
south, never to return anymore. Now, as Lisa sat in the park. Joyce pondered. A very dangerous thing for her to do.
Mark came to the hotel Jake was staying. And with some strong
urging, was able to get him to agree to come with him to the house and talk this thing out with Betty. Betty jumped out of
the chair she had been curled up in crying, when she heard them come in.
She looked at her husband with bloodshot, tear stained eyes.
Mark’s heart was broken to see her in such a state. And as for what Jake was feeling. If Mark hadn’t shifted an
inch, he would have been mowed down, as Jake ran to his wife, taking her into his arms, holding her close to him, kissing
and apologizing to her for the pain he had caused her.
And after sitting down, talking it through, they each made
an pack not to keep secrets anymore. They all realized, how much the must always keep the communication opened between themselves.
Lisa hadn’t come home yet. It was late. Mark called his house to see if she was there. No answer. He decided to go looking
for her.
Lisa was so lost in thoughts, she never saw that, she was
being followed by the same car, same woman, since leaving Betty‘s. She went to see if Mark had come home. Not yet! She
decided to go for a ride, to ease her mind some. She was traveling on a little side deserted road, when she felt the first
jolt!
What could that be she thought? Then another jolt harder than
before, as her head jerked from the impact! She looked into the rearview window, seeing the other car behind her as it was
fast moving upon her.
Mark had just pulled up to the stop light, when he saw Lisa
passing by him heading in the opposite direction, out of town. His heart nearly jumped out of his chest, when he could see
she was being followed by Joyce.
Come on light he thought. Now he knew who it was behind all
the events that had been happening to Lisa. By the time the light had changed and he had turned around, they had gone a great
distance. No matter, he had to cover it, for Lisa’s sake!
He continued his search, as he sped down the road. Finally
he spotted the two cars, just ahead of him. He gunned his bike, drawing closer to them. He could see that Joyce was ramming
Lisa’s car with her own.
“What a psycho b...tch!!!” He yelled out loud.
No one was anywhere around for miles, as far as he noticed.
Now she had pulled up beside her and was trying her hardest
to run her off the road. She drove into her, he was fast closing the gap between them! She hit her once again. He was almost
there!
“Hold on baby! Hold on!” He hollered in desperation.
He was just a few yards from them now, when Joyce turned her
car completely into Lisa’s! Lisa’s car swerved off the road, into the opposite direction, flipping over, as it
began to roll over and over!!!
“LISSSAAAAA!!!!”
Chapter Twenty-Two
Mark rode his bike harder than he had ever, trying
to get to Lisa as soon as possible, as he watched her car go off the road and flipping over and over. All that was visible
from what he could see was a cloud of dust and smoke.
Arriving on the scene of smoke and the smell of gasoline,
he searched frantically for Lisa. He followed the trail left behind by her car. He made his way through the smoke choking
as he called to her hoping upon hope she was still alive.
“LISA!! PLEASE BABY! ANSWER ME!!” He called
desperately! He continued his searched through the smoke, eyes watering from both tears and the sting of the fumes. Suddenly
a faint groan touched his ear. Mark froze to listen, fearing his ears were deceiving him and praying to the power that be,
that she had survived.
As the smoke parted with his advance, there before
him, he was able to just make out the outline of the car. Mark plowed through! He took in the area quickly when he heard another
groan. Yes! There lying next to the car, was Lisa.
He could see the car was smoking badly, with sparks
flying about. He had to get to her quickly or she would be lost to him forever! Mark ran to her with the speed of a race horse!
As he came to her fragile body, he gently took her up into his arms and with the same speed he had come, he left.
Clearing the smoke filled area, coming to the side
of the road, he could hear the distance sound of the sirens, fast approaching. Someone had come along and spotted the accident,
called the police.
He looked at her, holding her as she sat on his lap,
barely alive. She kept trying to tell him something, but he tried to keep her quieted, not wanting her to save her breath.
He could hear the sirens coming up to a stop! She finally whispered something to him before losing consciousness.
“Mark!..........The......ba-ba.....baby!.....The.....baby!”
She collapsed! He wasn’t able to hear what she had said to him, the sirens coming to a stop had drowned her out! He
lied her down and grabbed the first attendant to come see about her. Judging from the size of this man, they weren’t
going to argue!
As the attendants were seeing to Lisa. Mark went in
search of Joyce! She was going to be sorry when he got to her. He followed the skid marks! Joyce had evidently loss control
of her car also! There was a police car near an area where the car had came off the road. As he drew near, he stopped abruptly!
Her car had plowed into a tree! The policeman was checking her pulse as he came up! He turned to Mark and shook his head.
She was gone!!
Mark followed the ambulance on his bike to the hospital!
When he got there as they wheeled her into the ER, he went to call Betty and Jake, telling them he would explain everything
when they got there.
“Betty! Call her mom!! She needs to know!”
Mark hung the phone! Void of any emotion.
Lisa’s mom was threaten by the doctor of sedation
if she didn’t calm herself down. He had dreaded having to face her. He had good reasons. She went off on the trio! All
they could do was listen at her ranting. They were more concern with what was going on with Lisa then, to be offended by her
emotional outburst. She needed to vent, so the would allow her to do it on them!!
“I want all of you to know. Am holding ALL of
you responsible, if my daughter dies. I wanted her home with me, where it was safe! But no, you blocked my every attempt of
convincing her. Now my baby is in there............” She broke and began to cry. They tried to comfort her, she wouldn’t
except it. Six hours later. The doctor came to them.
“She’s a very lucky girl! She sustained
a couple of broken ribs. No vital organs injured. Just some arteries needing repair. But, there is one other thing that I
do need to inform you!” The doctor took in there drained faces, hating to have to give this bit of news.
“The baby! We couldn’t save it! She was
too early in her pregnancy for it to survive.” All of their hearts sunk further down into the pits of their stomachs!
A baby!! No one new!
“But she shouldn’t have any complications.
If you have any questions, I’ll be more than happy to answer them!! We would like to keep her at least a week until
she is strong enough to leave!” He said this and walked away. He never new it, but he had lost them with the announcement
of ‘ the loss the baby’ part.
Mark face turned white as an ghost! Just about how
he was feeling! Now realizing this is what she was trying to tell him at the accident! Her mother went ballistic on him! She
yelled at him how he had knocked her daughter up! How his sick girlfriend tried to kill her! She blamed him for putting her
daughter in such danger, to nearly losing her life.
Then she turned on Betty and Jake for there part!!
For enticing her to come out there in the first place! Then encouraging her to get involved with this Big biker looking Texas
cowboy, as she called him. She told them all to leave! She threatened to call security if they didn’t and have them
physically removed. They left not wanting to cause a commotion. This isn’t what Lisa needed right now!
Chapter Twenty-Three
Mark became a shadow of the man he was before the
accident. If he hadn’t ran off after finding out about the threats on her and car windshield, all of this wouldn’t
had happened. He would be home with her now anticipating their baby’s arrival.
He began to drink heavily, becoming a recluse. Not
even accepting the phone calls or visits of Betty and Jake, trying to check on him. He couldn’t face Lisa anymore, he
had failed her! Her mother was right! He should have been more protective of her.
Her mother had took advantage of the situation! With
the absence of Mark, Betty and Jake! And of her daughter’s partially loss of memory, due to depression from the loss
of the baby. She had convinced Lisa to come home with her. Nothing much mattered to her now, she would leave with her mother.
With arrangements made for their departure, Lisa was
still in her deep depression, not thinking of anything! It would be a reminder of the baby! And that pain was too great for
her heart to contain.
The day of the departure, Mark had enough! He had
tired of her mother trying to tell him what he could or couldn’t do with Lisa. He decided to go to the hotel they were
staying and talk with Lisa whether the mom liked it or not!
Upon arriving he was told they had checked out heading
for the airport! Mark jumped on his bike, revving it up sped down the street heading for his destiny! He came into the airport
terminal! He could hear the next flight for California being announced over the loud speaker!
He began to move through the crowd with great ease
from his size. Soon the people began to part like the red sea for the mountain of an man coming their way! Soon he had a clear
way to the place where they would be loading onto the airplane!
He arrived just in time to see them locking the door
to the tunnel leading to the plane. His heart broke as he seemed to swallow it! He moved over to the large window, to see
the plane began to taxi down the run way! Tears began to form in his eyes, as he saw his life being carried away.
Lisa sat next to the window staring at her hands,
when she felt the plane give a jerk, as it began to move. She looked out the window at the ground, watching it pass slowly,
then rapidly before her eyes.
She looked up at the large window, seeing a figure
she thought she recognized. He was larger than most of the people standing next to him. But then her memory lapsed, fading
away. She turned her head, looking straight ahead, as she felt the plane lifting into the air. She just could remember a time
when she felt the wind blowing through her hair, but that too was loss into the recesses of her mind. Now she could only remember
one thing! Home! Yes, she was finally going home.
